Twitter's ill-fated 'Dickbar' ????Remember Twitter's Dickbar? No, we're not talking about Anthony Weiner's social media misadventures. ????As part of its forays into moneymaking, Twitter added a "Quickbar" to its iPhone app, inserting promoted tweets and trending topics at the top of the app. One problem: The bar actually covered up part of the tweet stream. Users hated the poorly designed bar and nicknamed it the "Dickbar," in homage to Twitter CEO Dick Costolo. ????Twitter tried to fine-tune the feature, but finally killed it just days after co-founder Jack Dorsey returned to lead Twitter's product development.
