目前,美國(guó)聯(lián)邦貿(mào)易委員會(huì)中止了對(duì)谷歌搜索業(yè)務(wù)的大規(guī)模調(diào)查。不過(guò),這可不是谷歌第一次接受反壟斷調(diào)查,監(jiān)管部門(mén)從來(lái)沒(méi)有放松過(guò)對(duì)這個(gè)巨無(wú)霸的注意。它的每一次重要收購(gòu)、并購(gòu)、對(duì)外合作,乃至董事會(huì)成員的構(gòu)成,都受到了監(jiān)管部門(mén)的嚴(yán)密監(jiān)控,以確保市場(chǎng)的良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
