購買混合動力車和柴油車可以有很多理由，但省錢并不一定是其中之一。因為很多熱門經(jīng)濟環(huán)?；旌蟿恿嚨氖蹆r和養(yǎng)護成本都要高于同一級別的汽油車，車主往往需要等待好幾年、某些情況下甚至是長達8年的時間才能夠從剩下的油錢中找回差價。

???英菲尼迪（Infiniti）M35h的起價為57,945美元，它搭載了一臺油電混合動力發(fā)動機，油耗為每加侖25英里。它的同門兄弟M37的售價為51,945美元。如果算上其它養(yǎng)車費用，混動版的五年擁有成本約為6.3萬美元，而汽油版的五年擁有成本為60,250美元。如果只從油耗上看的話，混動版的油耗優(yōu)勢還是很明顯的。不過混動版得開上八年之后才能開始為車主省錢。

Taking into account other costs of ownership, the hybrid costs $63,000 to own for five years, compared with $60,250 for the gasoline-powered sedan. Purely in terms of gasoline saved the hybrid makes sense right away. As a financial matter, eight years of ownership must go by before the hybrid saves money for the owner.
