????Martin Franklin knows a thing or two about being active. He's the founder and executive chairman of the Jarden Corporation, which, along with K2 Skis, owns big outdoor brands like Volkl, Rawlings, and Marmot. But he doesn't just oversee a company that sells outdoor gear: He is also its target customer.

????Last year, the 46-year-old ran ten 10K races in ten days, all in different states, as part of a company-wide fitness program. Franklin is also a regular triathlete, and has even done Badwater, an infamous "ultramarathon" that covers 135 miles from Death Valley to Mount Whitney, CA.
