????7. 如果全世界所有地方任意選擇，你最想生活在哪里？

????阿根廷的巴塔哥尼亞。幾年前，我曾有機(jī)會(huì)在那里徒步、騎山地車(chē)，還在河里玩過(guò)竹筏漂流，那里的確是一片神奇的地方。另外，重返尼泊爾天波切的佛教寺院對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)也頗有吸引力。

????8. 你最大的成就是什么？

????毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，我最大的成就就是當(dāng)上了父親。

????工作上，我曾有機(jī)會(huì)參與到不同的團(tuán)隊(duì)中，開(kāi)發(fā)了一系列消費(fèi)者和企業(yè)至今還在使用的產(chǎn)品。比如，我在家創(chuàng)辦的康普斯特軟件公司（Composite Software）曾獨(dú)立經(jīng)營(yíng)了12年，員工人數(shù)超過(guò)100名。直到最近，這家公司才被思科（Cisco）所收購(gòu)；另外我還曾幫助Palm公司重新架構(gòu)、打造和推出webOS系統(tǒng)，也曾在Twitter公司中快速擴(kuò)充工程隊(duì)伍，以便穩(wěn)定公司的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)等等。我很幸運(yùn)能擁有這些機(jī)遇。

????我最仰慕的是比爾?坎貝爾【財(cái)捷集團(tuán)（Intuit）董事長(zhǎng)及前首席執(zhí)行官，如今是蘋(píng)果公司（Apple）董事會(huì)成員】?？藏悹柗浅＞哂型硇摹⒊錆M關(guān)懷，也十分關(guān)心員工和公司。他是位了不起的人，他的觀點(diǎn)和指導(dǎo)總是那么地與眾不同。我非常榮幸地能有他這樣的朋友和導(dǎo)師。

????10. 最令你感到興奮的科技領(lǐng)域是什么？

????深層學(xué)習(xí)。這是一種可以在日常生活、數(shù)位醫(yī)療以及其他新的實(shí)例應(yīng)用中實(shí)現(xiàn)人工智能的新途徑。深層學(xué)習(xí)是機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)研究的新領(lǐng)域，目的就是為了讓機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)研究更為接近最初始的目標(biāo)：完全實(shí)現(xiàn)人工智能。（財(cái)富中文網(wǎng)）

????7. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?

????Patagonia, Argentina. I had the opportunity to trek, mountain bike, and river raft there a couple of years ago -- it is an amazing part of the planet! However, returning to the Buddhist monastery in Tengboche in Nepal also is quite appealing.

????8. What is your greatest achievement?

????Fatherhood -- without a doubt.

????Professionally, I've had the chance to be part of multiple teams that have built products now in use by both consumers and companies. From building an enterprise business

????out of my house, Composite Software, which remained independent with over 100 employees for 12 years until recently Cisco (CSCO) acquired, to helping redefine, build, ship webOS at Palm, and to rapidly expand the engineering team at Twitter to stabilize the infrastructure -- I have been very fortunate to have had these opportunities.

????9. What business or technology person do you admire most? Why?

????Bill Campbell. [The chairman and former CEO of Intuit (INTU) and current Apple (AAPL) board member.] Bill embodies deep empathy, deep experience, and deep care for people and companies. He is an amazing person and can provide insights and guidance unlike any other person that I have ever met. I am privileged to be able to call him a friend and mentor.

????10. What technology sector excites you most?

????Deep learning, which is a new approach to achieving artificial intelligence with applications in daily living, digital health, and other new use cases. Deep learning is a new area of machine learning research, which has been introduced with the objective of moving machine learning closer to one of its original goals: artificial intelligence.
